Lucid Dreams and Crazy Experiences

At the end of the show, I discuss a group class I will be teaching on the 5 Elements Ritual.

5 Elements Soul Retival Ritual Class

This teaching will be divided into 6 one hour sessions.  You will learn how to perform the 5 Elements Soul Retival Ritual for yourself to balance your entire being of mind, body and soul.  The first class is closed for registration. If I have interest in a second class, then I will happily add one.

  I am outlining what we will learn in each class, however if we need to spend more time on a section this agenda may have to be adjusted.

CLASS ONE

1.  What is Soul Retival and why is it connected to the 5 Elements.
2. What are the 5 Elements and why should we be connected to them.
3. Inner and Outer elements and merging them within ourselves.
4. Learning the prerequisite practices required to be successful with the ritual
5. 9 Breaths of Purification.  This is a breathing (pranayama) exercise that clears the 3 major channels in our body from years of dealing with negative emotions.  The main retrieval portion of the ritual uses these 3 channels and it is imperative to keep these clean and clear for you to be successful with the ritual.
6. Inner Heart Meditation.  To be successful with this ritual you need to learn how to enter fully into your heart, and learn the 3 basic brain levels of meditation.  This is a simple basic meditation.
7. Learn the 5 Elements Mantra and learn how to recite the mantra.  This mantra is your (phone line) to connect to the 5 Elemental Goddesses.  The mantra vibrates your body at the same frequency, the ritual and the Goddesses operate.  This creates a line of communication.

CLASS TWO

1.  Answer questions
2.  Learn how to do the Mudra offering at the end of the ritual.  Each element has its own Mudra. 
3. Learn how to perform the ritual chi ball.
4. Begin learning the Earth Element
5. Learn how to chant properly
6. Four Limbs Of Miracles

CLASS THREE

1.  Answer questions
2. Begin working with the Water and Fire Element (depending on how things are going, we may only work with Water, we have to be flexible.  The teaching leads the way, as far as how fast or slow we progress.

CLASS FOUR

1.  Answer questions
2. Begin working with the Air and Space Element

CLASS FIVE

1.  Answer questions
2. Bringing it all together into one ritual
3. Learn about dedicating your benefit to help all sentient beings and why this is important.

CLASS SIX

1.  Answer questions
2. Recieve the ritual from me

I normally teach this ritual for $176.00 for 4 hours of teaching and this does not include receiving the ritual from me.  I am offering this to the viewers of Rising Consciouness and Rising Frequencies for $100 for 6 hours of teaching and you will receive the ritual from me.

If you need personal time with me, I will charge you my Spiritual Scholars Program price, which is $44 for 1 hour.

I am not available to teach on the weekends at this time.  This class will be offered on Friday afternoons New York Time Zone at 2:00pm.  I do not record these classes or the performance of the ritual.
