A friend of mine has been asking me to teach a Meditation class in my local area for about a year now, and today I have decided to do it. I can broadcast over zoom, for those that are not able to attend in person. No experience is necessary, just a open mind and a willingness to try something new. The benefits of this meditation are…less mental mind chatter, more control over your emotions, a sense of calmness throughout the body, and physical/mental healing. My tradition is Tibetan Bon, which is 18,000 years old. The meditation and breathing exercises that I teach are non denominational.
I start with the basics and then I will gently move into some visualizations designed to heal the mind, body and soul. I have been teaching these methods to my clients for many years now, and all of them have had positive results. I would like to teach this class either once or twice a month. The class duration will be at least 1 ½ hours, the cost will be $22.00 a class. I have developed a unique ability of bridging the gap between the Eastern meditation techniques and the Western culture.
