With all the crazy changing energies we have been encountering lately, I am seeing so many people losing touch with their inner child.  Remember, the children inherit the Kingdom of God.  This is not to be taken to mean that you have to be under 18 to partake of this Inner Kingdom, it means you need to be light in spirit.  Which children certainly are the best example of this lightness, and it comes from their ability to LAUGH.  With all the fear porn that is being circulated these days, not only in main stream media, but in spirituality as well, it is crucial to have a sense of humor.
When you encounter someone that is perpetrating fear or outdated information, use humor to protect yourself. If you refuse to take them seriously, by using humor you will deflate their egos and they will find it extremely difficult to enter into your consciousness.
Some of the things that I have been reading in different spiritual communities used to really bother me. I felt frustrated and confused as to why they can’t see and feel the difference in the vibrational aspects of our Earth and reality. I was dumbfounded as to why many spiritual leaders, still think we are living in 2008-2011. They are still singing the same old song, even though the “tune” of our planet has changed.
Now, I use humor as my medicine. It doesn’t make the situation they are living in any less serious, but it allows me to separate myself from them. I can’t change where they are…I can’t change what they “see”…I can’t change what they write about…but I can change my reaction to it, which in turn changes the chemistry in my own body.
Be the change by bringing humor into the core of your essence. What have you got to lose except some excess density of too much seriousness, which will bring more clarity and lightness to your spirit.   This will make it easier to tackle those important aspects of our lives.
Peace and get your laughter on,
Lisa Rising Berry

  1. Rock on Lisa!!! Or should I say “Laugh On” hehehe 🙂 With recent events, I have been doing my best to keep in my heart center and be more compassionate, but this was a good reminder when in contact with those who get persnickety or just plain pissed. Just laugh it off and not take it on, especially all the dumb stuff people are getting annoyed or angry at because deep inside something much bigger is going on with them. I see it a lot at my job and unfortunately (or maybe fortunately as some very angry customers in my store this summer were a catalyst for me which led me to you and others who have helped me through the recent “wave” energy) it does affect me and lately I’ve just been doing my best to be in love and compassion, but now I’m going to add laughter to the mix or at least a giggle or two in the face of it, who knows they may laugh or giggle along with me, one can hope :). Oh yeah, I need to laugh at myself more too when I get a little pissy lol. Have a great day my Infinity Angel, and thanks so much for the reminder.

    1. LOL….Yes, let’s laugh on! I needed to find a way to diffuse the stupid information that is being shared these days, and I found the key in laughter of all places…LOL. It was really the last place I thought I would find it. But when I connected to my humor, it was like I found the off switch to my frustration. I still care, but it is so different. I can laugh at myself too….I was getting quite pissy over people living in the past. Now I laugh, not at them….but at the bigger picture…you know what I mean. I like the name Infinity Angel! So cute… I hope you have a great rest of your day as well, my Infinity Angel sister!!! 🙂

  2. Thank you Lisa. I use humor a lot too and for me it is about caring for myself in a little bit different of a way. If, or perhaps I should say when, I take myself too seriously then when new knowledge comes in and opens up a picture/knowing, I would tend to beat myself up for “not seeing it before” or some such nonsense. When I stay in my humor my reaction is far more “Oh Holy Cow…..hahaha!”

    1. LOL….I say Holy Cow all the time. I think when I was frustrated with all the hoopla surrounding outdated info, I forgot how humor can heal and recharge your batteries with spiritual challenges. I use humor in other places in my life, I just needed a little reminder that is works with spiritual frustrations as well. Holy Cow Batman…to quote one of my favorite Lisa’s….LOL

  3. That is so true LISA!!!! So happy to see this, as it has always been a hurdle for me when interacting with a lot of spiritual communities, as they are so very serious about the sacred, this, or the sacred that, and heaven forbid anyone inject alittle humor into the energy of the sacred, when I have always understood that being like a child is the only way to stay sane, to laugh at our fumbles, or to just try to clear the ego fog in the room full of too serious meetings or gatherings of those who claim to be on the spiritual path, but put out such deeply thick ego energy and frown at you like you are being so non-spiritual…LOL. I can only put it out there, but as you know, can’t make them laugh…and I think this is what the Bible meant by being like a child…to never stop asking questions, to not be so serious and feeling so highly spiritual like on a pedestal too far up in the clouds to sit in the dirt and play and laugh. Kudos my sweet Lisa, never grow up as in being so serious about everything that you cannot laugh because negativity cannot be around laughter, it just has to go.
So in the last week, you may have noticed I have been MIA for this time being, having more computer issues than I can shake a stick at, and taking hours to just boot up my computer, but it also forced me to spend less time in all the drama online and also to watch some tv shows….LOL, not that I don’t do that anyway, but I have spent more time playing outside with my granddaughter and not so much time getting worked up over things going on in the world and on facebook. I started watching this show called ‘Haven’ and it’s all about ‘the troubles’ which is their name for their powers that they each get which are attached to emotions. And the main character who couldn’t remember her past and who was the cause of these troubles reminded me of the archons. She got a lot of pleasure out of causing all that pain and affliction onto the people she mostly views as insects. Guess how she created those afflictions or powers and removed them??? LOL, little black balls of Aether…LOL, I got quite a kick out of that, and thought of you!!! LOL, pretty wild…yes? Anyway, Big hugs and much laughter to you and yours. Still working on this darn computer but at least I am able to get on here for a bit so Laugh on, and laugh responsibly…it is also very healing!

    1. I have missed you online, I left a post on your Facebook page. sorry for you computer issues, but I am glad you are spending more time outside with your beautiful grand-baby. I re-read an article on the Scared Clown, and I wrote in a post on FB about my experience with it. This is what reminded me to not be so serious when it comes to spiritual issues. And it has really helped me not get mad at the unbalanced spiritual popular leaders that are as clairvoyant as my table. LOL…. I look at it this way….Every single one of us is spiritual stupid, there is no one in a body that is all-knowing, cause the body won’t allow for that. It forces you to constantly work and learn to improve. So, we need to just chill and find Joy in this ride. It’s the only ride in the Earth amusement part that is like this, and our time here is short. I wish they would make a show about people using the Aether in a positive way. It’s a good thing that the choice to use the Aether to harm is gone, because people get ideas from TV. Big Hugs and Kisses to you. I really miss you online. LOL

      1. LOL, well….the computer issues sort of make me laugh. I have been saying for sometime that I would like to learn about computers and how to fix them and build them, which would be a win-win for me as I am online a lot and have had many computer issues that I end up taking it to a computer guy, and in my mind, I imagine them chuckling at the problem being so simple as a command prompt and bootrec, and thinking how they bank on our stupidity of not being able to fix problems that took them 5 minutes to fix…CHA-CHING!!! LOL, I have over the years learned a lot about them but not until lately….one by one, solving these problems and issues with the computer has been challenging, I see it as a crash course in computers…LOL, and a lot of times just tell the universe…COME ON….I just don’t have the patience and mostly taking care of my granddaughter, I don’t have the ability to sit down and go from where I left off. My brain gets tired, and I am usually reading it all on a small tablet that I got last year for myself, thank God I did but still the whole thing makes me chuckle.
As for the Aether and them using it for the troubles, instead of good…well, I was watching it and it seemed like it’s purpose was to force humanity to work it out together, on the emotions and solve their problems together. So maybe it isn’t such a bad thing, but shows character of humans in the face of adversity. I haven’t gotten thru the series, but if there is any good in this lady who is like pure evil using aether for troubles, she may see that nothing she does can snuff out the spirit of humanity in their love and faith in the ‘good always triumphs’. Maybe she will end up doing some good with the Aether…LOL, here I am talking like it’s real, but I see a lot of nudges in tv shows and movies of some basic truths of this reality, like treasure maps to the pot of gold….just always makes me chuckle, I get all caught up in it and get sort of mad when the series are cancelled…think this is how the archons or maybe even the creator might look at humanity as all sitting on the edge of their seats, waiting for humanity to wake up, to pull thru and don’t want the ‘STORY’ to end. Big HUgs and kisses to you to Dear Lisa…I have never heard of the Sacred Clown, but that sounds interesting! ❤

      2. You know you can find treasures in TV, if you know where to look. I am interested in the new The Force awakening. The force is Aether/Azoth and that is exactly what has just happened. It increased on our planet and awakened, it’s perfect timing. My son is going to see it in January. He is very much like me, even better in some ways. So, I can’t wait to hear what he has to say about it. Check out my post about the Sacred Clown….I wrote what I experienced with it. LOVE YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  4. Oh yes, I do know that they give snippets of knowledge out there. I do catch it from time to time…just thought the whole Aether thing wss funny since I never saw this is any shows before, and they talk about it coming from the VOID, so anyway…Is The Force Awakened the new Star Wars movie? I have always loved Star wars, my son had a lot of those toys from then, sure wished I had saved them! LOL I will check out your clown article…didn’t know you wrote about that one or maybe my mind was out there somewhere…LOL. In a place far, far away! 😉 ❤

    1. I love they say the Aether comes from the void. The Aether actually is the void in a sense, so they are on the right track…wooohooo Yes it is a new Star Wars movie that just came out this month. It wasn’t an article about the clown, although it should have been, it was just a post on Facebook. LUV YOU

      1. Well, glad you told me that because I tried to find a Sacred Clown article by you but never found one that even referenced it in the name, can you tell me the name of the article? I did find an article written by you from another blog site about Anarchy…it was short and sweet and was about Mark Passio on freedom and following orders…and so on, but then had to run off to take care of errands and so on, so anyway, never got around to finding the article…LOL.
What is the name of it?
My Dad was like a clown, always joking and laughing….I could walk in a building and find him by following the laughter. When he went to school, they would punish the kids by putting a Dunce Hat on them and sitting them in the corner…their way of shaming or degrading a child for not behaving, but that did not work with my Dad, he actually loved it and had fun making the kids laugh with the Dunce had on. One year I made him a dunce hat with lights in it and he got a kick out of that but funny how he could turn a discipline process into a funny clown moment.
        Big Hugs! ❤

      2. Here is what I wrote in the post….

I have to share this with everyone. I posted this article one year ago today, and last night, I had a very short lucid experience where I was onstage as a clown, but I did not look like the clowns we know with red noses. And 2 nights ago I approached a statue that came to life after I shook it’s hand, I sat in it’s lap and the head looked like this, but the nose was not red. In my dream I did not know it was a Buddha statue because of the big gold nose. I am shifting into something new, and I think this has some clues for me….somewhere. Everything happens for a reason, and I know these 2 experiences I have had and now this article showing up a year later is no coincidence.
        Here is the article….

      3. Thanks for the link and explanation! I will read it now and I might search you again and just see what article catches my fancy! LOL, Yes…I think humor is something sacred and not to be lost. I sometimes think the Universe or the creator has a sick sense of humor because when I have had enough, I will throw my hands up in the air and say…’Very funny, and ok, but now can we get back to some normal here…LOL” Sometimes I just gotta laugh at how hard we try to be sacred and serious. Big Hugs and THX!!! ❤

      4. OMG….that was a great article…I must be the Trickster! I am always poking the bear, asking questions, trying to break thru the stagnation and spiritual dogma and stagnation!
I was always going from spiritual group to another around here and online. I was really interested in the Native Indian cultures and their spiritual process just to learn about them…as I have done with a lot of spiritual processes. I found this lady who held a sacred wheel (not sure what it’s called) ceremonies or gatherings where she was inspired to build this sacred space on her property up north. I think they referred to them as medicine wheels…anyway, I would try to make it to her gatherings there and it was for an offering of $15 although one could come for free. I always had issues with my jeep overheating and barely would make it there but never-the-less, I did a couple times. On the last time, she had me help her smudge and walk the circle which I was happy to do, but sometimes the seriousness and ‘sacredness’ gets so thick, I have to inject some humor to lighten things up a bit. So then she was passing around a talking stick, and we were instructed to ask a question we wanted answers for, as before she had explained that the rocks have consciousness and that she was told which ones to construct the wheel and where. So when it came my turn to ask a question…I could not think of anything really profound or ‘sacred’ to ask. So out of my mouth came ‘I wonder if it hurts the rocks to be stepped on?” Sometimes I stop and think….’Did I say that outloud?’ LOL, so anyway, everyone was looking at me like a deer in the headlights. The facilitator gave me a stern look like, ‘How dare you ask a question like that!” I swear you could cut the tension with a knife. Needless to say, I didn’t make an effort to go there anymore, they just felt so far from humor or a lightness of spirituality, that I felt like a red nose on budda like your photo above!!!!
Anyway, that article about the Sacred Clown is awesome! I was always the one asking questions, poking the bear, trying to snap those who are stagnant in spirituality to learn to laugh, and it doesn’t mean to laugh at anyone or make fun but to really laugh at it all, because I KNOW the creator has a sense of humor…been there done that!!!! LOL. Thanks Lisa for the link, I am gonna read it again! LOL…LUV U and Keep on laughing!!! 😉
