 Hoʻoponopono is a ancient Hawaiian practice of forgiveness.  I had a lucid dream experience about this last night, and I feel this practice is very important right now.  It contains a level of vibration and frequency that is necessary for the Earth at this time.  Hawaii is the Heart Chakara of Gaia/Mother Earth.

 

Ho’oponopono is about taking full responsibility for everything in your life….I mean EVERYTHING!  Which includes Gaia, and all the hurt that humanity has caused her.  Now, I know you may be saying….”I never personally hurt Gaia.”  And on a individual level, this may be true, however, we as a collective, have hurt Gaia for thousands of years.  This is running though all of our ancestral lines in our bodies, which are made from the Earth/Gaia.  We as a collective need to add the state of our beloved Mother Earth to our list of responsibility in our lives.  We need to ask forgiveness from her for the damage we did to her as a collective.  I truly feel this Ho’oponpono exercise has the correct frequency to do the job.  

 

Forgiveness comes from the heart.  This forgiveness exercises was created in the Heart of Gaia herself….Hawaii.  Most people practice Ho’oponopono for themselves personally.  Well feel it’s time for us to practice this special ritual for Gaia’s behalf.

 

It’s very easy to do…  Just go to the heart of Gaia, and ask to help her heal her pain and repeat these words.

Hopefully, we as a collective, can continue to energetically heal our great Mother Earth who has given so much to us.  Everything is about energy and vibration, when you learn how to use this, you can not only change your own life for the better, but you can heal the planet and beyond.
