This week on our show Rising Frequencies, I lead a guided meditation/shamanic journey.  We traveled into our Scared Heart space to do actually Inner Work of letting go, as well as healing and forgiving issues that no longer serve us.  We also traveled into the heart of Gaia, where we received gifts from Mother Earth.  We experienced all of the elements, as they work with us to clean and purify our various levels of our bodies.

I put my heart in soul into creating this Journey for those who wish to go deep and do real Inner Alchemy.  Reading about Alchemy is wonderful, but it can only take you so far.  Practical experience is the true teacher.  This is only learned by really going within your heart.  I feel this meditation/journey is very powerful and will significantly raise your inner vibration to a new level.

I created this Journey from my own personal astral experiences, as well as from what I learned from my unseen teachers.  I did include a small section that is in honor of one of my physical teachers that took me on my first Journey to my Heart Space.  Her name is Mary Pat Fitzgibbons, and the first time I went to my Sacred Heart Space, my life changed.  I began to have my own experiences there during lucid dreaming and astral projections and out of body experiences.

So, I decided that I wanted to give back what I have been so blessed to obtain.  I hope those that go on this Journey with me find themselves uplifted and transformed.
